About the event
Join us for walking talks through Horner’s temperate rainforest, creative writing by the riverside, an immersive sound story, woodland, water & wildlife activities and all-day minibeast fun.
A feast of woodland, water & wildlife activities in and around Horner Wood, West Somerset’s own temperate rainforest:
- FREE Bookable butterfly walk, 1.30 – 3.30pm, with Ellie Wyatt of Butterfly Conservation: Horner Through a Butterfly’s Eyes. Take a walk with Ellie to explore the sunny spots of Horner village and Wood and discover why woodland management is crucial to one of Britain’s rarest butterfly species. Booking strongly advised.
