About the event

Location: a Somerset Wildlife Trust nature reserve near Taunton.

Training provided by: Ann Fells, Somerset Environmental Records Centre.

Level: intermediate

Come along to our Introduction to woodland plant identification workshop and we will solve this mystery with you! 

You will learn how to recognise the more common spring woodland plants in Somerset, with a focus on plants of neutral soils, at a Somerset Wildlife Trust nature reserve near Taunton.  

The workshop includes working through keys to help in understanding variation between different species. We will bring copies of Francis Rose’s Wildflower Key and hand lenses for you to use.
